4. Subscription Service Details

  • How does the subscription work?
    Your subscription is simple and stress-free! Charges are processed on the 1st of every month, and your curated Charley’s Box will be delivered around the 25th. Sit back and relax — your little one’s next adventure in learning is already on the way!

  • Can I withdraw or alter my subscription?
    Life happens — we understand! If you need to make changes or cancel your subscription, please contact us as soon as possible. We require a 1-month notice period for cancellations or alterations.

  • Do I have to pay extra for delivery?
    Nope! Delivery is free on all Charley’s Boxes subscriptions. We believe joy at your doorstep shouldn’t come with extra fees.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We only offer refunds or replacements on items that are damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
