How does the subscription service work?
Your subscription is simple and stress-free! Charges are processed on the 1st of each month, and your curated Charley’s Box will be delivered around the 25th. Sit back and relax - your little one’s next adventure in learning is already on the way!
Would I be able to withdraw or alter my subscription?
We understand that things change! If you need to update or cancel your request, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We require a 1-month notice period to cancel a subscription.
Do I have to pay extra for subscription delivery?
Not at all! Delivery is free on all Charley’s Boxes subscriptions - because joy at your doorstep shouldn’t come with extra fees.
What is your return policy?
We only offer refunds or replacements on products that are defective or damaged. If something in your box isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can help make it right

How to redeem my gift card?
At checkout, enter your gift card code in the designated field. The amount will be applied to your order automatically.
