Refund policy
Please ensure that you check your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours should anything be incorrect, damaged or missing.
1. Acceptance of Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Subscription products are excluded and cannot be returned. If something in your box isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. If you are unhappy with your subscription box, please contact us at info@charleysboxes.com.
2. Clearance Sale Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on items purchased during a clearance sale. All clearance sale purchases are final.
3. Shipping Costs Refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your eligible return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as edibles, lotions, oils and nappies, are not eligible for return.
5. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@charleysboxes.com or whatsapp on +27 68 731 4334 to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with the RA number
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team
6. Return Timeline and Method
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and if approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
